One of our most popular music events of the summer has confirmed its line-up of acts as it prepares to host another weekend to remember.
The Welshpool Country Music Festival will take place at the Powis Castle Showground from July 17-20 with hundreds of people expected to flood into the town from across the UK.
The camp site will be open from midweek to allow visitors to start enjoying the festival from the Thursday when there will be music on both the Thursday and Friday evenings, before the festival gets into gear on the Saturday main stage.
Six bands will be appearing on the main stage on both the Saturday and Sunday, with music also on the Saturday night.
Money from the event goes towards keeping the Heulwen Trust afloat, a charity that organises boat trips for various community groups and charities along the Montgomery Canal.
Tickets are now on sale and available from www.countrywestern.org.uk.
