The Welshpool area is in for a lot of rain on Saturday, according to the Met Office who have issued a yellow warning.
The warning comes into play from 6am and will remain in place all the way through until midnight.
It is expected to be better weather on Sunday before another yellow warning for rain creeps into the area on Monday.
Here is what they have told us a yellow warning can bring:
- Spray and flooding on roads probably making journey times longer
- Bus and train services probably affected with journey times taking longer, with a chance of cancellations where flooding occurs
- There is a chance that homes and businesses could be flooded, causing damage to some buildings
- There is a small chance that some communities will become cut off by flooded roads
- There is a slight chance of power cuts and loss of other services to some homes and businesses
