Local residents, community groups and anyone with an interest in Welshpool are invited to attend a community workshop this evening to help shape the future of Welshpool Town Hall.
The iconic centrepiece of Welshpool is in urgent need of renovation, and with costs expected to top £5million, the Town Council wants to ensure that every resident has an input.
The workshop will take place from 5.30pm-7pm at the Town Hall, and is part of the Restarting Welshpool Town’s Heart project.
It marks the next stage in developing detailed plans for the restoration and redevelopment of the Grade II listed Town Hall, following the approval of Welshpool Town Council’s Expression of Interest to the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
