Pool win against 9 men

Welshpool picked up three valuable Spar Mid Wales League points against Llanrhaeadr side reduced to nine men.

The villagers were down to nine within 20 minutes with Chris Corfield brandishing two red cards within a two minute period and although they fought bravely Pool made the advantage tell to win 2-0. 

Will Thomas headed in the first on 49 minutes and set up the second for player-manager Neil Pryce on 74 minutes.

Llanfair know they have a fight on their hands to win promotion back to the Huws Gray Alliance, losing 1-0 at Carno.
