Not too cold for cricket!

Sport may be getting cancelled left, right and centre, but the big freeze hasn’t stopped Montgomery Cricket Club launching its pre-season training.

 With the new season just two months away, the club’s indoor nets at Maldwyn Leisure Centre, Newtown, start on March 7 (8.45pm) for five weeks. 

The cost of each session will be £2 per head to cover the hire fee. New members are welcome.
