Adele wins Welsh title

Welshpool’s Adele Nicoll has won the Welsh Senior Shot Putt championship again.
She threw a 15.96 meters at the Welsh Indoor Senior Championships at the National Indoor Athletics Centre in Cardiff on Saturday.
The Birchfield Harrier finished 1.35 meters ahead of nearest rival Serena Vincent.
