Created on 03/08/2022 @ 09:18

Steve Blenkinsop netted an injury time goal to earn Guilsfield a point at Chirk last night.

The JD Cymru North points looked to be going Chirk’s way until Blenkinsop popped up to equalise in the 92nd minute.

Newly promoted Chirk looked to be home and dry after holding on to Jack Orbell’s ninth minute opener until the injury time setback.

Waterloo Rovers had go their MMP Central Wales League North off to a great start but were crushed 6-1 at Forden.

Brothers Jake and Henry O’Donnell each scored twice after Rob Evans had set the scene in the very first minute. Pryce netted the sixth with Luke Evans replying for Rovers.
