Welshpool Rugby Club are looking to finish a fantastic season with some silverware on Sunday when they take on Colwyn Bay in the final of the Division Two North Wales Cup, at their opposition’s home stadium.
Bar a mid-season blip, the club have been in sizzling form, just missing out on promotion in third, but they have blitzed their way to the Cup final with convincing wins over Newtown, Denbigh and Bro Ffestiniog.
Colwyn Bay have secured a shot at the cup with wins over Bangor and Teirw Nant.
Daley Jones, Welshpool's Head Coach, said: "We know it's going to be a big challenge as the Bay beat us home and away in the league, but it's been a week by week improvement for our boys since those games were played and they will go in to this final confident that, playing at our best.
"We have the firepower to get the job done and cap what has been a remarkable season.
"We believe that there's going to be a large number of supporters travelling north and we thank them for that. We're desperate to bring the cup back down south and we'll be giving 100% from the off."
Machynlleth Ladies also look to bring some silverware back to Montgomeryshire against Abergele Ladies.
