Arthurs seek Marketing Manager

A major recruitment drive for a website and marketing manager has been launched by the Arthurs Motor Group with Vauxhall dealerships in Oswestry and Newtown and a Peugeot dealership in Wrexham.

 Steve Hughes, who has overall operational responsibility for the two Vauxhall dealerships, said Arthurs has embraced the digital environment and is receiving a ‘significant number’ of enquiries – which is continuing to grow – through their website.

 “We are seeing a massive increase in web traffic,” said Steve.  “As a result, Arthurs is investing in a new group website to cater for both Vauxhall and Peugeot owners.

 “The new website, which will have a section where used cars of all makes will be displayed, is due to be launched in July and will be central to all our marketing activities.

 “In order for us to gain as much benefit as possible we have decided to recruit a full time website and marketing manager.

 “This is an extremely important role for us and is crucial to our continued success,” Steve continued. 

 “We fervently believe that we can compete from an equal base by having a state-of-the-art website which is fully managed and updated on a continual basis.

 “This will be the prime role of the new person to Arthurs.”

 He added:  “This is an additional role for the company and we are very excited about the long term potential of our new website.”
