Exam passes for two

Bryan Jarman and Tom Davies of Mid Wales and Shropshire property surveyors and estate agents Morris, Marshall and Poole have successfully passed their entry into the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Both based at the company’s Welshpool office, they successfully passed the stringent entry examinations into the professional body last month and are now qualified RICS Registered Valuers.

Bryan works within the residential team at MMP while Tom is in the rural and agricultural team as well as being an auctioneer at Welshpool Livestock Sales. Both carry out a range of professional and agency work. 
Bryan is a past pupil of Newtown High School and obtained a degree in Estate Management from Reading University, whilst Tom attended Welshpool High School and completed his degree at Harper Adams University in Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM). They both live locally.

The RICS is the professional body that accredits professionals within the land, property and construction sectors worldwide.
