IT company cars a ‘star’ attraction

Motorists can be forgiven for seeing stars when they are driving the area’s roads in the coming weeks.
One of the region's brightest young IT companies has made sure it gets noticed by dressing up their company’s cars in a striking new livery.
Software development and website design company 27stars Ltd, which has its head office in Welshpool, commissioned Oswestry-based Scotprint UK to create a distinctive livery for the vehicles.
Managing director Karl Doody said: "Although most of our business activity takes place in cyberspace, we like to get out and about visiting clients, meeting new customers or networking. 27stars is a dynamic young company - the average age of our staff is just 24 - and we wanted our cars to reflect that we are a little bit different from other IT software developers."
Scotprint UK is a local company with a national reputation. In addition to vehicles, Scotprint provides business signage, printing, branded clothing, exhibition materials and promotional gifts.
27stars specialises in creating business software solutions to meet its clients' needs. The company combines expert technical development, with intuitive interface designs, for both private and public sector, to build web applications, databases and iPhone, BlackBerry and iPad apps.
More information about how 27stars Ltd supports business development through software innovation can be found at www.27stars.co.uk and www.scotprint.net offers details of Scotprint’s wide range of services.
