The NFU Mutual Welshpool team has moved into their new, larger commercial office at 20 Church Street (pictured).

After six years at its former office in Puzzle Square, the opportunity arose for the business to expand and take up the larger space located on the main route way through the town – where the old Spar use to be located.

Senior Agent at NFU Mutual Welshpool, Stephen Kenyon said: “We had outgrown our existing premises so were looking for a larger office space.

“Our new office at 20 Church Street is superb, making us a flagship agency. As soon as our clients walk in their attention is grabbed by the eye catching feature wall, large open space and sophisticated features and look.

“The project has been in planning for almost two years and now I’m thrilled to announce the doors are officially open for business.”

Planned Office Interiors were tasked with the 12-week project to renovate the existing 290sqm ground floor space at 20 Church Street, to create a large, modern and airy office space which now includes a conference room, four private offices and a large kitchen area with storage space.

The building was completely stripped out to bare brick, concrete floor and roof joists and the project was a complete fit-out with structural work, decoration, carpeting, heating, lighting, air conditioning, plumbing and a few special features such as intelligent lighting which allows the lighting to be controlled via wifi from an ipad.

There is also LED strip lighting to illuminate the stunning feature wall to capture attention of traffic passing by.
