Will businesses be compensated for one-way losses?

Welshpool town centre businesses are being invited to attend the monthly Business Forum on Monday night which will discuss the issue of lost revenue caused by the ongoing one-way work.

Many businesses say that the confusion caused by the current work has impacted takings with foot fall well down on what is usually a busy time of year building up to summer.

However, on Monday from 6pm, correspondence with the Welsh Government will be shared at the Forum.

There will also be an update from the one-way contractor presented on the evening.
