Severn Transport Services Limited have completed the letting of the former Welshpool home of Travis Perkins, the UK’s largest builders’ merchants.

The company will be based at Unit 1 on the Severn Farm Industrial Estate in the Powys town.

The building features a large single storey detached trade counter and warehouse, which extends to 9,930 sq ft, with a total site area of 0.86 acres.

There is gated access to the main estate roadway and a hard surfaced external yard area together with separate car parking facilities for staff and customers.
