A local company has had an online boost after Dragon’s Den Theo Paphitis promoted their business on social media.

L A Ink Printing Studio, based in Adfa, have been promoted by the famous entrepreneur as part of his Small Business Sunday.

Lucy Humphreys, owner of the studio, tweeted Theo about her business she runs alongside her daughter Jessie Humphreys during ‘Small Business Sunday’ and was one of six weekly winners to gain a retweet or repost by Theo to his over half a million Twitter and Instagram followers.

Lucy said: “We’ve only been in business for over 10 years and I still work out of our garden studio. It is great to have support from Theo because it’s been tough trying to raise our profile and Theo has recognised our hard work and helped spread the word about what we do to his following.”

The weekly initiative, set up by Theo in 2010, now has over 3,500 Small Business Sunday winners and supports small businesses in the UK.

Theo re‐tweeted Lucy's message to his over 500,000 Twitter and Instagram followers and as a result, their website www.lainkprintingstudio.co.uk has gained more visitors and extra orders for their printing services.

They are also profiled on the Small Business Sunday website (www.theopaphitissbs.com) that is exclusive to all Small Business Sunday winners.
