Someone once said ‘You are what you eat” and our friends at Great Fitness tell us today just why that is.

Their advice is to try to prepare your food in advance if you don’t feel you have the time to cook healthy meals.

For example, on a Sunday evening you could prepare something like chicken, rice and vegetables for the next three days or so. This would ideally stop you from snacking through the day at work or in the office when you know exactly what you have to eat that day.

They have also recommended downloading ‘my fitness pal’ to help by counting your calories and tracking exactly what you’re consuming each day.
