Following on from the Viking activities this summer there’s an opportunity to make typical Danish/Scandinavian Christmas decorations at the Powysland Museum.
The Christmas holiday activities start on December 21st from 11-30am – 2pm with the chance to make decorations and crafts including plaited hearts, gingerbread birds or hearts, colourful nets and garlands, as well as snowflakes, angels and “nisser” (Christmas gnomes).
The activities are for the whole family and children under-8 must be accompanied by an adult. The cost is 50p per decoration with up to 10 different things to choose from.
