Nothing ‘Dodgy’ about Colour Sunday

Popular local band Colour Sunday are set to enjoy a massive summer which will kick off supporting a 90’s Britpop super group.
 
Dodgy – famed for Top 5 classics like Staying Out For The Summer, If You're Thinking Of Me and Good Enough – will be playing in Oswestry on April 24 and have signed up the Welshpool-based band to for the support slot.
 
It’s a high profile start to the year for the lads who will have also secured a headline spot at Osfest as well as other Festival and solo performances.
 
“It’s an honour for us to back up a band like Dodgy and it will be Colour Sunday's first gig since October so we will be making big efforts,” said bass player Benny Picken. “This will kick off a summer of higher profile events including Osfest and some other festivals yet to be announced. Plus locally we’ll be at Bockstock, Sedgefest and Welshpool’s Party in the Park. It is going to be a big year for us and we will be bringing out some new material as well.”
