Music Club concert Thursday
Internationally-renowned pianist Simon Callaghan, will perform following his solo tours that took him to Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, throughout Europe and on two occasions to the Banff Centre in Canada.
He has performed at all of the UK’s major concert halls including Wigmore Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, St David’s Hall Cardiff and Manchester’s Bridgewater and Stoller Halls, and has broadcast on Radio 3.
He will be playing Mozart, Poulenc and Schubert for his Welshpool performance.
Entry is £10, but there is still the opportunity to join the Club for 2018-2019 for £40 which will include all five concerts planned for the price of four.
