Queen will, Queen will rock you!

Queen is coming to town! Well, not in its original line-up of Freddie, Roger, Brian and John but in an energetic unofficial line-up that will rock Welshpool none-the-less!

 

A Crazy Lil Queen Tribute Night will be held at the town’s Molto’s Nightclub on April 1 when a live tribute act will play all the classics from one of the world’s most popular bands.

 

The event is being organised by Teller Promotions who say it could turn out to be one of the most colourful nights of the year.

 

“The Queen Tribute Act will be the main event but it will also be a night of 70’s and 80’s disco,” said Ben Picken, from Teller. “It will be a great night and glam rock fancy dress is optional but is encouraged!”

 

Tickets have gone on sale at £8 (£10 on the door) and are available from The Angel, Raven Inn and Pure Beauty.
