A novel idea to help keep kids fit, healthy and occupied during the Coronavirus lock down has been welcomed by a Welshpool nursery owner.
The team at Welshpool based Health Matters Education, owned by Vicky Bowen, created a new concept called 'Busy Feet At Home’ which was launched four weeks ago on YouTube and has been keeping the area’s children occupied.
Each session runs for between 20 - 30 minutes and is going out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am.
“Vicky and the team are doing a fantastic job and the children at Park Lane Nursery really look forward to joining in with all the activities,” said Julia Jones. “I can’t thank her enough.”
Vicky Bowen said: “We are extremely proud of how it's all pulling together and we are confident that what we are trying to achieve will have a positive impact on many children, young people and families to stay as active as they can whilst isolated in their own homes."
