Winning design will become Christmas light

Welshpool Town Council has teamed up with Blachere Illuminations, a leading commercial festive lighting & decorations specialist, to organise an exciting competition to design a Christmas light.

A winner will be selected from three age categories age categories, before the Mayor selects a winning design which will be turned into a Christmas light and revealed at the town’s annual Winter Festival on November 28.

The three age categories are 4-6 years, 7-9 years and 10-11 years with the two runners-up designs to be used in the Winter Festival posters.
