Guilsfield poet returns with Christmas teaser

Guilsfield’s mystery poet is back at it again with a new Christmas challenge.

The poet was active through the lockdown restrictions this year, encouraging local people to get out and about to discover their work that was spread out around the village.

And he/she has returned with a new series of 12 themed poems, with each one containing a letter hidden in a picture that, when put together, creates the name of “a special place in the village”.

The poem titles include Tipsy Santa, Santa's Sat Nav and Guilsfield Sleeps. 

Participants are then urged to post their participating photos on a village Facebook page, without revealing the identity of the place in question.
