Welshpool High School has rewarded a number of pupils who have excelled in English since the start of the year.

More than 400 have been recognised for their “excellent effort and conduct”, but two in each year group that stood out have received rewards provided by local businesses.

These pupils are Jacob Nisbett and Archie Williams (Yr11); Bethany Williams and Aydan Hester (Yr10); Ffin Dillon and Blazej Kozuchowski (Yr9); Florence Kuipers and Owen Bishop (Yr8); Hani Cory and Suki-Mae Dyer (Yr7).

“Once again, Welshpool High School would like to thank its sponsors Mollie's, Great Escape, Gifts of Wales, The Celtic Company, Freedom Leisure, The Owl and Broomstick, Vanity, The Hair Studio, Alexanders, Birdie and Bea, McDonalds, Morrisons and Tesco, and we look forward to rewarding even more pupils for their hard work in the next few weeks,” said a spokesperson.

If any other businesses would like to sponsor a reward, get in touch via the school reception.
