What’s on this Halloween weekend

27/10/2011 @ 04:57

Welshpool will be going ghostly this weekend as it ‘celebrates’ Halloween with a range of activities across the town for the whole family to enjoy.

Powis Castle opens a special ghost trail from 11am-4pm on Saturday and Sunday costing £2 per child including a small prize, while the spookily set old kitchens will offer the chance to have faces painted or to make your very own 3D spider or cat decoration. Normal admission prices apply.

On Saturday, Welshpool Rugby Club is hosting a children’s Halloween party with prizes for the best fancy dress from 6-8pm

Later on Saturday, Teller Promotions is once again hosting the Halloween Fancy Dress party in the Raven with a host of top local bands performing (entrance is £3 and over 16’s only).
