Bodypump is a class act

As part of our campaign to help Welshpool to get in shape, our health and fitness partner, The Armoury, has introduced a new class which has been described as “one of the fastest ways to get in shape”.
 
Bodypump has become a global fitness phenomenon and is now used in 10,000 health clubs across the world, and it now has three weekly slots in the Armoury with an introduction fee of just £2 per class for this week only and you don’t need to be a member to take part.
 
“It is an all over body workout which targets all your major muscle groups using a light barbell, bench and weights,” said The Armoury’s Chris Greatorex: “All movement is choreographed to a music track which is especially designed for the classes. You will feel invigorated once you’ve finished this class and it is the perfect foil to go with our aerobic classes such as body attack.”
 
Bodypump classes are held on a Monday (8.15-9.15pm), Wednesday (6-6.50pm) and Friday (6.40-7.40pm) with places still available by booking 01938 554143.
 
Meanwhile, The Armoury’s incredible membership offer has three more weeks left to run with individual gym membership costing £230 but if you can get five friends together, it will cost just £180 each for an entire year of unlimited use.
