Air Cadets praise generosity

Welshpool's Air Cadets have praised the generosity of the people of Welshpool.

Members of the 2364 Welshpool Squadron Air Training Corps have been out on the streets of the town for the last couple of weeks collecting cash for the Poppy Day Collections.

"Welshpool Air Cadets would like to thank everyone very much for their kind support during our Poppy Day Collections over the last two weekend's and we are looking forward to participating in the Remembrance Sunday Parade," said Richard Evans, the Squadron Adjutant.

Meanwhile, the cadets will be having a cake stall this Saturday in the Corn Exchange.
