Andrew is 100% OK

Senior sales consultant Andrew Richards has achieved the highest possible score in Vauxhall's latest - and more difficult - customer mystery shop.

Andrew, who has worked for award-winning Arthurs Vauxhall at their Pool Road, Newtown dealership for the last three years, has broken a new record with his 100% success.

Sales Manager Chris Venables explained that Vauxhall had increased the number of mystery shops as well as the depth of detail involved to make the exercise even more difficult to achieve 100%.

"As a result, Andrew's 100% achievement is even more impressive," said Chris.

He added that the Vauxhall mystery shops measure the customer welcome, car qualification, presentation, test drive and follow up in which Andrew excelled throughout this different criteria.
