Oh no! Here comes the snow

Had enough of the constant rain? Well the good news is it’s going to stop – the bad news is it’s going to snow.

Weather forecasters are saying it’s time to wrap up warm because it's about to get cold for the next few days - with heavy snow falling in Mid Wales on Saturday – but will they be right.

Temperatures will also drop to close to freezing overnight and stay cold in the daytime. Snow is also forecast for early on Sunday.

Forecasters say temperatures will drop to freezing overnight tonight, bringing frost and ice with rain falling as sleet or even snow on higher grounds. Friday should pick up slightly although there will be light to moderate winds and will feel very cold and frosty.

But be prepared for a very different picture when heavy snow is forecast for Mid Wales.
