Prizes for best dressed windows

Welshpool Town Council is offering prizes for the Best Dressed Shop Window and Market Stall for St David’s Day.

 

Windows dressed over the last weekend of February (26/27th) will be judged by the Mayor, Cllr Estelle Bleivas and Deputy Mayor Cllr John Meredith on Tuesday, March 1.

 

There will be a framed certificate and £30 presented to the winner and £15 awarded to the runner up of each category. There will be three

categories – one for retail premises; another for professional/office windows and one for Market Stall.

 

If you would like to take part in the “best dressed window” competition please complete a registration form that will be sent out soon, or pick one up from the Town Clerk’s Office, indicating the relevant category; and return by Friday, February 11 to register.
