A Pontrobert builder who hanged himself was being treated with anti-depressants, a Welshpool inquest has been told.
The Powys coroner recorded that Richard Douglas White of Melin yr Efail, Pontrobert, Meifod hanged himself on September 5, 2010 but determined that “on the evidence the issue of intent could not be determined.
“The deceased had recently been prescribed anti-depressants by his GP but had given no indication of an intention to self harm,” he said.
Mr White’s body was discovered hanging from a tree near his Pontrobert home.
