30 days of fitness – Day One

Summer is coming (we think) so we have teamed up with our fitness partners from Great Fitness who will help us all get into shape with a month of daily tips during April.

There’s never been a better time to learn a few new healthy habits that can make the lifestyle change to help you look and feel good.

Forget about diets and fast track fads, the team at Great Escape know what they are talking about so the rest is up to us! Good luck everyone…

Day One:

Full body work out (five exercises) – press ups, squats, sit ups, burpees and leg raises.

Try to fit this work out into your day, every day, during April. Start with 10 reps on each, adding one rep onto it each day. Ideally by the end of the month you will be able to perform 39 reps on each exercise.

Even five basic exercises like this will get you results very quickly in a time efficient manner.
