Time should never be an excuse for skipping exercise.

That’s the clear message from our friends at Great Fitness who are providing us with a tip a day for the 30 days of April.

They have told us that a work out doesn’t have to be your stereotypical 1-2 hours. Far from it in fact.

An effective work out can be done within 30 minutes if needed, whether it’s your lunch hour or as soon as you wake up.

As mentioned on Day Two, fast high intensity (HIIT) work is perfect for those of you who have little time on your hands.
