As we all get older, the complaints about aches and pains following physical activity tend to get louder!

But help is at hand, as our friends at Great Fitness tell us.

“Foam rolling is a fantastic way of preventing those annoying aches you get following a day of training your legs or just a general gym session,” they say.

“We have them here at Great Fitness and almost all of our clients use them for five minutes or so just after their warm up. They really help ease the pain of a hard work out.

“They’re not expensive at all and can be a very handy tool in injury prevention and just generally feeling better day to day.”
