For many people, the thought of training alone is putting them off getting fit, so the advice is simple today from Great Fitness – try a class or two.

“We have plenty of variety here at Great Fitness, and we have Spin available at the Armoury Sports Centre if none of our classes are for you,” said Chris Greatorex.

“Training within a motivated group of people, guided by an enthusiastic instructor, can sometimes be the way forward for you if you lack that little push you don’t get when you train by yourself.

“It is also a fantastic way of meeting new people who are in the same boat as you when it comes to fitness.”
