We are entering the final days of our month of fitness tips and Great Fitness have come up with more simple advice that we can follow.

They tell us that what we wear can be just as important as what you do when you are exercising.

Sometimes something as simple as purchasing some new gym gear or equipment can give you that little bit of extra motivation.

Make sure you get some comfortable gym or running trainers and the correct clothing for exercise. Wearing the right trainers can be very important especially if you like training for endurance.

Great Fitness recommend some Adidas ultra-boost if the price isn’t an issue, or alternatively, Adidas pure boost or Nike free run, are fantastic options for those of us who are unsure on what type of trainer is best.

Being comfortable in what you wear in the gym is a very basic, but important, piece of advice.
