30 days of fitness – final day!

It’s our final day and a big thanks to our friends at Great Fitness for providing us with some essential tips that can make a big difference to our everyday lives.

From nutritional advice to performing basic exercises the correct way, the tips have kept coming every day and we urge you to pop into see Chris or Charlie who are always on hand to help you achieve your goals.

Over to you fellas for your final slot:

“So, if you followed our first day on April 1, today will be your final day of the challenge.

“39 reps will be the final amount you have to reach and, hopefully you will have seen a big difference from such basic exercises performed in a small amount of time.

“Thank you to everybody for reading all through April. We hope our column with MyWelshpool has helped all of you in some way and you’ve taken on board certain tips that you may not have realised were so effective.

“We’d love to see lots more of the people of Welshpool and the surrounding areas come in and see us and get involved in all of the exciting things happening here at Great Fitness.
