Startling footage of Welshpool floods

The extent of the flooding that enveloped Welshpool last weekend has been captured on You Tube.
A train passenger has posted two minutes of astonishing footage that shows just how close Welshpool came to being cut off.
And at one stage, a fellow passenger can be heard saying that “This is really quite scary now” as miles of flooded fields are caught on camera.
