Mayor’s Sunday Parade,

It’s a big day for the Mayor, Councillor Steve Kaye (pictured), tomorrow, Sunday when he hosts his annual parade and Community Awards celebration.

The parade will move off from Park Lane at 10:40am led by the Newtown Youth Marching Band, and will proceed to St Mary’s Church for an 11.00am Civic Service.

 After the service the parade returns to the Town Hall’s Assembly Room for light refreshments before Mayor Cllr Kaye presents the Community Awards for services to the local community.
