Halloween ‘Fright Night’

06/10/2017 @ 10:47

Following on from the success of their first experience, Garthmyl Hall will be holding another open cinema night to celebrate Halloween.

Taking place on October 28 in the stunning Walled Garden at the rear of the venue, up to 250 people can be accommodated for the evening which will show two films.

Wanting to appeal to the younger generation this time, the first screening - Ghostbusters (PG) will start at 6:15pm, but to make sure there is plenty for children to do there will be a fancy dress competition, face painting (additional cost) and a disco dome Halloween music-themed bouncy castle, all starting from 5pm.

The second screening is of the cult film The Shining (15) at 9pm.

Hall Manager Julia Pugh said: “We are always looking for events to host that allow people to come and experience the Hall, whether it is a cinema event like this, fine dining experiences, or Christmas parties, we want everyone to be able to come and enjoy the Hall and grounds.

“There will be jacket potatoes and chilli available to purchase from 5pm onwards, as well as hot chocolate and an outside bar.”

All tickets must be purchased in advance, and remember to wrap up warm. For more information and to purchase your tickets, visit www.garthmylhall.co.uk.
