Frustration for mobile users

There’s good and bad news for users of the 3 mobile network in the Welshpool area.

Upgrade work has been taking place across the area to improve 4G coverage for its customers, but the downside is that users have experienced problems.

“Our network engineers are making the network strong in your area so it’s taking a bit longer,” 3G is telling its local customers.

Some customers who have complained to the network have been given a month’s free usage as compensation.

Mobile networks have invested considerably in the Welshpool area to upgrade their services and improve connectivity over the past year.
