The calm after the storm

The Welshpool area is clearing up after the storm which swept through Wales overnight.

Red Bank is closed (pictured, last confirmed at 8am) due to a tree that came down in the early hours and there are reports of other trees and debris littering our roads.

The advice is to take care after winds were recorded up to 60mph in Mid Wales.

The forecast is for showers this morning and then clearer this afternoon.
