Fed up company boss Dean Hammond took matters into his own hands this afternoon (Thursday) in a bid to get his message across to supermarket giants Tesco.
Police were called after Mr Hammond, the Managing Director of Boys & Boden, became upset after development work allegedly blocked access to his business across the road on Mill Lane.
So the disgruntled boss decided to strike back and parked his Porsche across the entrance to the Tesco development, blocking access for nearly two hours (right).
“Perhaps they will listen now,” said Mr. Hammond.
Boys & Boden have not had a happy time since the one-way system work began. Three weeks ago Mill Lane was closed after drains collapsed, and the corner where access is gained to the company has endured traffic lights for several weeks.
Tesco have said they don't wish to comment on the incident.
