Toni represents Great Britain

Welshpool triathlete Toni Sheen has just completed the European Championships event in Glasgow – finishing an impressive 27^th.

Toni, who now lives in Shrewsbury and is the daughter of the late Tony and Sue Sheen, former stewards at Welshpool Golf Club, was representing Great Britain in the 30-34 age group Female Sprint.

This morning’s event was won by her team mate Alison Mackenzie in Strathclyde Country Park with Toni completing the field in a time of 1.25:34 hours.
