Dancersize comes to Welshpool area

Dancing divas in a village near Welshpool are invited to shake, shimmy and wiggle their way into shape at a brand new dance fitness class.

Dancercise, a zumba-inspired exercise session, will take place at Arddleen Village Hall on Thursdays from 6.15-7.15pm, starting next Thursday .

The class, led by Abi Bates, is a fun way to get fit, using a medley of energising dance movements set to funky latin music. It is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels, and no previous dancing experience is required.

Dancercise classes also take place on Mondays at Pant Village Hall from 7-8pm, and on Wednesdays at Oswestry Memorial Hall from 6-7pm.
