Senior Administrator

We are a High-Quality Luxury Dessert Manufacturer situated in a pleasant rural location.  

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join a well-established Administrative Team.  

The main purpose of the role is the day to day organisation and development of all aspects of both the sales and general administration functions.  Coordinating and following up on action plans managing diary’s and ensuring that all customer correspondence including emails and paperwork are dealt with within a defined timescale.  Taking responsibility for managing holidays, sickness and other absences, reviews, training and development of staff and improving existing systems and maintaining computerised records.  

The ideal candidate will be well presented, possess a high standard of numerical and literacy skills as well as a good level of IT preferably including AS400 experience.  They will need to have good interpersonal skills, be able to communicate well with all levels of the business as well as with customers.  Good organizational and planning skills are essential.  This is a role that will require a degree of flexibility, the ability to be able motivate and lead an already established team and to work calmly under pressure.  This is a fulltime position with the hours of work being Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm but there may be some flexibility for an outstanding candidate.
