Don’t be alone this Christmas

Anyone who may be on their own tomorrow or simply struggling on Christmas Day is being invited to join a community get together.

The Community Christmas Meal is being organised tomorrow at the Ann Holloway Day Centre following the Welshpool Community Church Christmas Service which starts at 10am.

The Christmas Meal is being served at 1pm, and residents are invited to join for refreshments beforehand.

“Welshpool Town Council is providing the Day Centre, but the Community Church is providing the meal and staffing,” said Town Clerk, Robert Robinson. “A big well done to them for doing this wonderful initiative.”
