“We can’t believe it!”

It was only a week ago that we were reporting that they were the top dogs in Montgomeryshire, but Guilsfield Young Farmers Club (YFC) have gone on to become the best entertainers in Wales!

The youngsters’ performance of Commotion in the Ocean won the Wales final at The Hafren, Newtown, on Saturday night to book their place in the National YFC Entertainment finals on May 11/12 in Leamington Spa.

“We were competing against six other counties so the standard at The Hafren was incredible,” said a club spokesperson. “We can’t believe it! It is such a great feeling to have actually won and we can look forward to the National finals now.”
