Railway after volunteers

The Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway is on a recruitment drive to try and recruit more volunteers to help out this summer.

Whether you want to help out for the odd day, or four to five times a week, there is something for everyone to take on and it is easy to get involved.

There are opportunities to work in the following areas: Workshop/Engineering, firefighter, station master, guard, shop, tearoom, hedge & bush cutting, track gang, woodworking workshop, administration, restoration work, building maintenance and more.
