Accident closes road

A driver was airlifted to hospital following a nasty accident this afternoon between Llandrinio and Crew Green.
Readers told us that the accident happened at a notorious black spot at around 1.20pm, with a collision between a Honda Civic and a Transit Van.
The driver of the car was reportedly airlifted to hospital with serious injuries, with road reopened at around 4pm.
